Advent 2017 - The Plan.

Category: This is What Happens When Life Happens to Us Published: Friday, 01 December 2017 Written by The Kiwi

It really has been an awesome ride, this family life. One of the better things that have happened was our decision in 2011 to create an Advent tradition in December. We got a number of ideas from a number of places (Everyday Emmanuel - Jelly Telly, Jeremy Pryor - Paths of Return, to name a couple) and mashed them together with our own ideas.

We started with the intention of emphasising the Jesus birth narrative over Christmas for our kids, but we didn't realise how it would make Christmas so much more meaningful for us, too.

It's just really fun!

So, we thought we'd share here our plan for 2017 below. Just a plan. If you have any ideas you want to share, let us know! We love doing new things, too!

Yes, yes, the formatting sucks. Can't summon the motivation to fix it. Hope it's at least readable.
